General Terms and Conditions

 

1.) The First Time Starter is a trial pack of 4 classes is available for new clients only. 1 offer per person. Valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. 

 

2.) Private sessions are available my request and appointment. Please e-mail or contact the studio to set this up. 

 

3.) All sessions (private or semi-private) require cancellation 24 hours prior to the session time to avoid charges. If you need to cancel the session and it is within 24 hours of your scheduled class time you agree to forfeit the session. If you cannot make your session, please cancel on the mind body app or website so we know you are not attending. 

 

*monthly membership clients adhere to a 12 hour cancellation policy. 

 

4.) Payment must be made prior to booking. In order to hold a spot in a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or payment must be rendered at the time of booking in studio. 

 

5.) Be considerate of the instructor and other clients by being on time to your scheduled class. 

 

6.) Owner and/or instructors have the right to restrict clients from particular class types pertaining to safety reasons and/or to turn clients away if they do not have medical clearance for exercise.

 

7.) If you have signed up for the waitlist for a particular class and a spot becomes available you will be contacted via email or text message. If you get into a class from the waitlist, you are not obligated to accept the opening - please confirm or decline so we may ask the next person on the list. If you do not respond, we will assume you are coming and you will be charged for the session.

 

8.) Class packs expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class packs can be extended if you are injured, in which case we may request medical proof. All requests for extensions must be submitted prior to the expiration date. 

 

9.) Monthly membership sessions are valid for 28 days from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions can be extended if you are injured, in which case we may request medical proof. All requests for extensions must be submitted prior to the expiration date.

 

10.) Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person signed up arrives, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Please keep in mind that when you book a class, that spot has been reserved for you and no one else can schedule.

2. Monthly membership clients adhere to a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class will receive the session back. Cancellations made within the 12 hours of scheduled class will forfeit the session.

3. Non-members adhere to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled class will receive the session back. 

4.Late cancellations made within the 24 hours of scheduled class will forfeit the session. (You will still be charged for the class.) 

5. No shows and absences will forfeit the session. 

Class Packs

1. Class packs purchases are final. 

2. Class packs adhere to the 24 hour cancellation policy for bookings. 

3. Class packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. All memberships operate on an autopay schedule from the credit card on file. Payment will continue to debit the account unless notified (see Termination Policy below).

 

2. Memberships will continue unless Elevate Pilates Studio is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).

 

3. Monthly membership sessions are valid for 1 month from date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions can be extended if you are injured, in which case we may request medical proof. All requests for extensions must be submitted prior to the expiration date.

 

4. Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person signed up arrives, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

 

5. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.

 

6. Monthly Members will be held to a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a class you are signed up for, it must be done 12 or more hours before the scheduled class time or you forfeit your session.

 

*NOTE: If you are a member and cancel within 24 hours the system will deduct a session. We check these daily and will return the session to your account if you have cancelled with 12 hours notice.

 

7. Failed Membership payments will automatically result in cancellation of the membership. 

 

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

 

1. Elevate Pilates Studio requires at least 1 weeks written notice to terminate membership. Please email info@elevatepilatesstudio.com to terminate your membership.
